The Threadripper PRO 5000WX is the apparent continuation of AMD’s high-end product, as we’ve previously said in numerous columns. They include the Zen 3 architecture, which has already been put into practice on Ryzen, which has been more available for a while.
AMD has now revealed three processors in this price range, starting with the Threadripper PRO 5965WX, which has 24 cores and 48 threads, and moving up to the 5995WX (64/128) through the 5975WX (32/64).
The three CPUs were seen during the China auction, and Hoang Anh Phu posted images of the CPUs in their packaged form on Twitter. The most muscular model costs 47,000 yuan, or almost $ 7,000, while the 5965WX costs $2,572 and the 5975WX costs $3,589 respectively.
Even if it is somewhat more expensive, the cost is still comparable to what is charged for the Threadripper PRO 3000WX. Each model’s core and thread counts in this range are the same, although they are all limited to the Zen 2 architecture.
