Rumored release of iQOO, Neo 7 is said to have 12GB of RAM and runs Android 13. Info leaked last month revealed that it will have a battery that supports 120W charging, after it was listed with the 3C. Afterwards, it was revealed to have the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+, and now the chipset has been confirmed.
Geekbench has revealed that the vivo, model number V2231A, will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+, as evidenced by the motherboard, k6983v1_64, and the higher clock speed of 3.20GHz on the prime Cortex-X2 core. It also reveals that the iQOO Neo 7 has 12GB of RAM and runs Android 13.
The leaks have revealed in general that the iQOO Neo 7 will have a Dimensity 9000+ chipset with up to 12GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging, a 50MP wide camera, expected to be the Sony IMX766V with an optically-stable lens on top.
The display is expected to be a 6.78-inch 120Hz-capable AMOLED. The new smartphone is to be unveiled sometime this month.
