The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), Africa’s top philanthropy dedicated to empowering African entrepreneurs, has opened applications on its TEFConnect digital platform for entrepreneurs from across Africa, both new startups and existing young businesses operating in any sector.. The application deadline is 31st March 2024.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation, now 14 years in operations, aims to empower a new generation of African entrepreneurs through the TEF Entrepreneurship Programme with world-class business training, mentorship, non-refundable seed capital of up to $5,000, and global networking opportunities.
TEF identifies outstanding African entrepreneurs who have startups or business ideas with potential to grow from any African country. The training is designed to educate and enable applicants to tackle the challenges faced by entrepreneurs on the African continent as they start or grow their business., focuses on the curriculum practical, iterative learning, useful even long after the training period.
The TEF Entrepreneurship Program TEEP 2024 will have a training and counseling phase, steps to submit a business plan, a pitching phase and a seed capital stage. The application stage will run from 1 January to March 31.
