The program offers a rigorous 1-year journey through key areas like operations, quick-commerce, partnerships, finance, and marketing. Participants gain hands-on experience in various roles, developing a diverse skillset.

Government officials have acknowledged this issue, stating that companies often need to retrain new hires upon recruitment.
The state department for Trade and Investments Principal Secretary, Juma Mukhwana said,”Industries have noticed a skill gap among graduates they recruit.”
