It is always a Joy for any die-hard Android users to always run the latest software upgrades once it is rolled out. However this does not appear to be the case for those individuals with the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones because they will have to wait for Older Pixels to receive updated software.
Google has already promised to release security upgrades for its devices on the first Tuesday of each month, but since Android 12 was announced, the promise has not been kept, Precisely for the Pixel 6 Pro.
The same case also applies to Android 12L first beta version, which was made public a couple of days ago. The arrangement is available for testing on older Pixel smartphones only. The past two upgrades, which improved the fingerprint sensor in the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro and were rolled out at least in the United States, are yet to arrive here in the country. If Google favors some areas while others receive no or just extremely late software upgrades, something is wrong.
As a reminder, by the way, You’ll need an older Pixel smartphone if you want to try Android 12L. All models are supported, starting with the Pixel 3a. The update for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will arrive later. Only Google knows when this will be the case
