This implies that Telkom customers can now use T-kash to pay for eCitizen services.
HOW TO PAY USING T-kash
Step 1: Access the selected National and County Government Service using the eCitizen Portal.
Step 2: Follow the standard eCitizen application processing requirements.
Step 3: On the Choose Your Payment Method page, choose “Telkom T-kash” as your payment method.
Step 4: Follow the Payment instructions for the service you’ve requested, and finalize the payment once the T-kash payment has gone through successfully.
Step 5: To finish the service, download the Payment Receipt and follow the eCitizen Portal instructions for making an appointment.
