It’s D-day for Samsung. As usual, the manufacturer organizes a summer conference but makes a minor sprain. It is not Galaxy Notes that will be presented to us but two new folding smartphones and a new range of accessories.
The appointment is set for this afternoon at 5 pm, and you will be able to follow all this from the YouTube channel or the official social networks of Samsung.
Samsung Unpacked: what to expect?
It has been said: the emphasis should be placed on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3, the two new foldable flagships of Samsung.
To compensate for the absence of a new Galaxy Note this year, the Fold 3 would be compatible with the S Pen. The smartphone would also get an embedded camera under the screen to maximize the display surface once the phone unfolded for the very first time at Samsung.
The Flip 3 will benefit from a much more generous front screen, which should allow more interactions than the first model released last year.
Finally, it is worth noting that according to several leaks, these new smartphones should be launched at much more enticing prices than their predecessors. We will know more about this from 5 pm, at which time Samsung will also present a new smartwatch and a pair of new generation headphones.
