Porsche is about to refresh the Cayenne next year, 2023, but the current model is still one of their best selling SUV’s so they decided to give it one last edition, the Platinum makeover, which was recently done on the Porsche Panamera sedan too.
As is the case with other Porsche Platinum Editions, there will be exclusive accents and additional standard features that separate the special models from the rest of the Cayenne range.
On the exterior, there will be Satin Platinum paint on the rear badge and on the 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels. The windows will have a high gloss black window trim and a black tailpipe. Buyers will have the option for solid white or black paint options, plus metallic tones such as Jet Black, Carrara White, Mahogany, Moonlight Blue, and a special color called Chalk.
The Chalk color will also be available on the seats and even the seat belts. The headrests of both front and rear seats will have the Porsche logo embedded. When you open the doors, your will be greeted by a “Platinum Edition” plague which is in brushed aluminum. More custom options are available via Porsche Manufaktur for both interior and exterior.
The Edition has added standard features which include LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System, a Panoramic Roof, Bose Surround Sound system, ambient lighting, an analogue clock on the dashboard and an 8-way adjustable sport seats.
