*The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 is now certified by TENAA.
The Redmi Note 11 series has been in Kenya for a few months already, and luckily, we have managed to have one of them(More details to be uploaded soon). Most Xiaomi fans expect that the Redmi Note 12 will take the right footsteps of the 11 series.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 is already out, as Abhishek Yadav, a well-trusted leaker of Xiaomi Products, confirms it on Twitter. We can also locate traces of the Redmi Note 12 on Weibo on many occasions.
Two Redmi 12 variants would probably take TENAA certification and come with a 6.6-inch Full HD Plus display and an 8.8-mm thickness. They’d also come pre-installed with Android 12. The difference between the two is at the level of the battery. One version of the Redmi Note 12 might have a 4300 mAh battery, while another could have a 4980 mAh battery.
As a reminder, a certification issued by My Smart Price in early April indicated that these same two phones would be equipped with a MediaTek processor. It’d be either a Dimensity 1300 or a Dimensity 8000, which are highly promising chips.
Without more information, the launch might occur in the second quarter of 2022, as usual, is the Chinese consumers who will first see the device before it is spread worldwide.
