“This move is a natural progression as Bamboo has acted as Palladium’s asset management arm since 2020. Our impact investments have made a difference to ordinary people’s lives in the least developed countries but there are many challenges ahead. To attract more private capital, we are further strengthening our ties with our partners and investors – and Palladium’s expertise and reach will enable us to accelerate this mission.”

Palladium Managing Director Jose Maria Ortiz agrees. “Fund structures, and similar investment vehicles, have an important role to play and Palladium has a strong track record as a designer and distributor of such strategies,” he explains. With this move, Palladium is looking to increase its focus on the distribution activity.
