The program also includes weekly seminars and progress meetings to facilitate learning and growth tracking, as well as opportunities to connect with global startups and corporate partners for potential collaborations.

The timeline for the FAST Accelerator program has been outlined as follows: the review process for selecting top candidates for the virtual boot camp will take place from July to August 2023.

The “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” two-week online program will be held in August 2023, accommodating up to 60 participants.

Finally, in October 2023, the top 10 participants from the boot camp will embark on an all-expense-paid, five-week Silicon Valley Training Program, which will culminate in pre-arranged meetings with angel investors, venture capitalists and potential trade partners.

To be eligible for the program, startups must be based in Africa and demonstrate readiness for scaling or expansion within the continent.

The program places priority on B2B startups, with particular interest in the healthcare, fintech, edutech and industrials/Agtech sectors.

Startups focused on sustainability and deeptech are also welcomed.

Participants are required to commit to the entire duration of the program.

The FAST Accelerator program presents an extraordinary opportunity for African startups to access the resources and connections necessary to propel their businesses to new heights.

Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply this July for a chance to join the program and join the thriving startup ecosystem of Silicon Valley.
