Open the Main Menu on the App
Choose ‘Simba Points’
‘Enroll’ and follow the steps to finalize the enrolment process
Branch Enrollment
Go to a local KCB branch.
Check the Loyalty box when completing an account opening form for new customers or an amending form for current clients. Ask the branch’s customer service representatives for help.
