Emerge is a startup accelerator based in London, UK. Emerge wants to invest £15K ($2.35m) into tech start-up teams in any part of the world that are building innovative technology applicable within the education sector.

If your Start-up is moving is in that area  and wish to apply you have until November 17th to apply for nomination. Applications are done online.

Emerge will have preference for entrepreneurs who have demonstrated some level of customer traction with their innovation and have some pre-seed funding base.

Successful applicants will be given £15K cash, for a 3 percent to 8percent equity stake.  The teams will also get mentorship by key business leaders as well as big players within the Education industry like CEOs ofMendeley, Buusuu and COO of Memrise. They will also be given a chance to test their products with TSL Educations; the biggest teachers’ network in the world which has partnered with Emerge.
