LG Televisions are now compatible with Google Stadia

Google Stadia is still alive as the cloud gaming service can be easily located via LG’s app store. If your TV runs webOS 5.0 or 6.0, you’ll be able to benefit from the Stadia app in such a way that the  Chromecast Ultra will no longer be beneficial to you.

Unfortunately, some requirements should be met before benefiting from the services. The service on TVs restricts any devices made before 2020. However, this may be for the best, as cloud gaming technology relies on a reliable and current infrastructure to function correctly.

You will be able to play your games and all of the features included in the premium Stadia Pro package with the dedicated application. The selection consists of 4K resolution, HDR, and 5.1 sound. The Stadia gamepad is always suggested, but any Bluetooth or USB controller from Sony or Microsoft will do.

At the beginning of the year, Google surprised everyone when it announced the shutdown of its studio. Stadia has kept a low profile since then. However, it is known that Google has lately made its technology available to third-party white-label publishers to benefit from the significant expenditures made during the product launch
