You will need to follow the specific steps to use the hidden video editor in Windows 10:
Browse your computer system and find the video you want to edit.
Right-click on the video you want to start the cascading menu as shown in the following image:
Click Open With option from the Cascading menu
Choose the the Photos option from the Sub-Cascade menu
Your video will be launched in the Photos app as soon as you click on it.
Click the Edit and Create tab
A menu will be launched by clicking on it.
You can now edit your video using the various options listed in the Edit and Create menu. You can trim or slow down the video. You can save a number of photos from your video. You can draw anything from the different frames of your video. You can add different text messages to your video as titles. You can add 3D effects to your video as well.
