Once your Galaxy Watch Active2 device has been calibrated with a traditional cuff. You can simply tap to “Measure” your blood pressure anytime, anywhere. The device measures blood pressure through pulse wave analysis, which is tracked with the Heart Rate Monitoring sensors. The program then analyzes the relationship between the calibration value and the blood pressure change to determine the blood pressure.

Toyota Kenya develops Bridge Mechanical Ventilator to help combat COVID-19

0

Toyota Kenya has developed the “Bridge Mechanical Ventilator” as an emergency use resuscitator system to support patients with COVID-19 respiratory failure.

The  Bridge Mechanical Ventilator has been made from locally sourced components which can be easily replicated to avert the Covid-19 pandemic. the ventilator is designed to enable rapid large-scale development and deployment.

Toyota Kenya Managing Director, Arvinder Reel said that. The firm had taken up the call by President Uhuru Kenyatta for local companies to come up with easy to deploy solutions. In the battle to contain the spread of the coronavirus. “ COVID-19 required extraordinary measures including the provision of mechanical ventilator support to keep pace with clinical need at our healthcare facilities.”

How it works

The ventilator comes in four parts that make use of an Ambu bag. It is used for emergencies when a ventilator is not available. For example, in the event, a doctor or a medical practitioner squeezes the bag by hand to push air into the lungs of the patient. E-Vent uses this Ambu bag and squeezes it with the help of a paddle activated by cam discs attached to a mechanical motor.

The ventilatory support needs of a COVID-19 patient range from simple BIPAP(bi-level positive airway pressure). For patients that are breathing spontaneously to mandatory ventilation in either a pressure-support or volume control mode.

Additionally, these patients are very likely to require inspired oxygen concentrations (FiO2). Which is in excess of 21 per cent found in room air.

When in operation, the bridge mechanical ventilator indicates to the operator; the current settings that could include inspiratory pressure, tidal volume estimate, frequency; and the current delivery, for instance, inspiratory pressure or respiratory rate.

Tips to Increase Brand Awareness Using Social Media

Effective brand awareness is one of the vital aspects when a business or brand needs to stand out in a highly competitive business landscape. Marketers and business owners cannot afford to neglect the latest trends that rule over the current market. For instance, as a majority of people spend most of their time on the web when they are on active on social media, they must be there on social media to market their products, connect with the audience, and most importantly to increase brand awareness.

Every social media site has huge potential for businesses and brands, and here is how to use social media to increase brand awareness and to influence its reach and success.

Choose the right social media platform

Several social media sites are out there that can help a business or marketer to connect with its target audience effectively. However, finding the right social media platform for your business or company is a challenging task. Be picky in choosing the best performing social platforms that can help you increase brand awareness significantly. Before you get started with social media for brand awareness, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each platform. Also consider demographics and other details of its active users, and how effectively you can reach them in their feed with what type of content.

For instance, if you are a B2B business, LinkedIn could be a vital platform for building network connections as it is the best and most effective social media platform with millions of professionals, business owners, and decision-makers. Moreover, its advanced search feature LinkedIn Sales Navigator allows you to reach the target audience more effectually. That is the reason, do some research to find out the best social platforms for your business and reap the advantages for increased brand awareness.

Create authentic, high-quality and interesting content

Continuously producing relevant, high-quality, and interesting content is a golden rule to thrive in this highly competitive marketplace. A brand should come up with something most relevant, authentic, and interesting that will resonate sturdily with your target audience. Focus on topics that are most relevant to your niche and are trending too. Creative and compelling visual content should be your priority when it comes to connect and engage with your audience on social media. Most of the brands create high quality and appealing visuals for their social media profiles but forget to follow the updated image sizing policy. It makes their huge hard work spoil. That’s why you should remember to follow an up-to-date guide to social media image and video sizing in order to make your visuals stand out. Most of the visual content creating software and tools also provide their users with pre-measured social media templates that can be used for a variety of purposes.

Listen to Your Brand Follower’s Voice

Social media marketing is simpler and easier than many other marketing tactics. Simply create your profiles, optimize with authentic details, and run highly targeted paid advertising campaigns to reach your audience in their feeds. There is nothing more to do when you need to increase brand awareness on social media. However, you shouldn’t ignore the opinions, feedback, and suggestions of your brand’s followers and fans. Always be open to listen to your followers and consider their ideas and suggestions to get things better and in favour of your followers. People feel more recognized and valued when their suggestions are considered and appreciated.

Work together with influencers

Investing in influencer marketing is one of the best ways to increase brand awareness on social media as people love to listen to their favourite celebrities and popular influencers in a particular industry or niche. Influencer marketing is all about when a brand or company collaborates with a popular and reliable influencer on social media either to promote a product or brand. Partnering with engaging influencers helps you greatly boost a brand’s reputation and awareness. In this way, you are able to reach more people who are truly interested in your product or service.

Effectively interact with your audience

Not only reach and contact your customers or prospects when something went wrong. But, regularly interact with your audience by initiating conversations from your side. Be a great and tempting storyteller and use different types of content to provide your audience with useful, informative, and problem-solving content. Send them personalized messages on their big days to let them know that you care. Be friendly by adding fun factor in your conversations whenever you can. You can also start question & answer sessions to bring them all on the same page and to answer all questions related to your brand, products, or services. Setting up surveys and polls is another best way to effectively interact with your audience while gathering useful information regarding their interests, likes/dislikes, and opinions.

Zoom releases 5.0 update with security and privacy improvements

0

Zoom is rolling out version 5.0 this week, addressing some of the privacy and security issues experienced last month. The new update comes with a security icon that gives you options to add and remove participants, restrict screen sharing, and to chat in meetings.

Some of the privacy issues included  Zooms default settings, which don’t encourage passwords for meetings. Also, allow participants to share their screen the randomly generated user ID numbers, which are easy to guess, allowing anyone to join any meeting.  Another case is the Zoombombing phenomenon, where pranksters would join zoom calls and broadcast crafty videos or even pornography content.

Zoom has since adjusted some of these settings for education accounts to enable privacy while other users have to tweak settings for more privacy. It has also improved some of its encryption and upgrading to the AES 256-bit GCM encryption standard, which is an improvement for the transmission of meeting data.

Zoom 5.0 also introduces new control features, such as data routing. The administrator can now choose the region of the servers used for meetings. In that, users can control which data center regions will handle meetings. Earlier on, some users raised concerns claiming that some of the sessions seem to have been routed through servers in China.

“I am proud to reach this step in our 90-day plan, but this is just the beginning. We built our business by delivering happiness to our customers. We will earn our customers’ trust and deliver them happiness with our unwavering focus on providing the most secure platform,” said Eric S. Yuan, CEO of Zoom.

“We take a holistic view of our users’ privacy and our platform’s security,” said Oded Gal, CPO of Zoom. “From our network to our feature set to our user experience, everything is being put through rigorous scrutiny. On the back end, AES 256-bit GCM encryption will raise the bar for securing our users’ data in transit. On the front end, I’m most excited about the Security icon in the meeting menu bar. This takes our security features, existing and new, and puts them front and center for our meeting hosts. With millions of new users, this will make sure they have instant access to important security controls in their meetings.”

Zoom 5.0 user experience & controls

Zoom 5.0 offers new security features in the meeting menu bar on the host interface to enhance security.

Hosts will be able to “Report a User” to Zoom via the Security icon. They may also disable the ability of participants to rename themselves. For education customers, screen sharing now defaults to the host only.

The new version allows a host to keep participants in individual virtual waiting rooms before they enter a zoom meeting. The option is now on by default for education, Basic, and single-license Pro accounts. All hosts may now also turn on the Waiting Room while their session is already in progress.

Passwords are now set by default to all those accessing cloud recordings aside from the meeting host and require a complex password. For administered accounts, account admins now can define password complexity. Other improved settings include secure account contact sharing and dashboard enhancement options.

iHub’s Nekesa Were Appointed Executive Director at AfriLabs

iHub Director Nekesa Were has been appointed AfriLabs Interim Executive Director after a career spanning over 10 years in the African tech ecosystem.

Nekesa is the immediate former Managing Director of iHub Nairobi and was a Board Member of AfriLabs. She replaces Anna Ekeledo who is on maternity leave till later this year.

“Having Nekesa on the AfriLabs Board has brought us so much value and now we are super excited to have her join our Executive team. Exciting times ahead!” said Anna Ekeledo.

Nekesa took over the management of iHub from then CEO Mary Gicharu who had replaced Kamal Bhattacharya. That period Invested Development’s Miguel Granier had acquired iHub Limited and Gearbox via investment firm BSP Fund LLC. Nekesa was one of the first green members of iHub but later joined the iHub as Director of Operations and in 2018 took over as the Managing Director of Africa’s renowned innovation hub.

Last year Nigeria’s Co-creation Hub (CcHUB), the tech innovation centre in Nigeria acquired Kenya’s iHub for an undisclosed fee. CcHUB is therefore expected to make new key hires in innovation consulting, people management, programme management and community support, as it looks to strengthen its pan-African network and mobilise resources, networks and relationships to accelerate the growth of technology innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa.

The acquisition of East Africa’s most prolific and reputable technology centre was the next step for CcHUB’s mission to connect entrepreneurs, technologists and public bodies across the continent. The move comes just seven months after CcHUB expanded into Kigali, Rwanda, with the launch of its Design Lab – the first creative space in Africa to focus solely on product design and technology innovation.

CcHUB’s co-founder Bosun Tijani continues as CEO across both locations.

According to Nekesa, writing on her blog, in her ten years at iHub, it has supported over 700 startups and graduated over 150 from its accelerator programs. These startups have raised over USD 50 million in investment and have contributed, conservatively over 50,000 jobs to East Africa’s economy. Their products have positively impacted millions of people.

“It is interesting that I leave the iHub as the world is changing dramatically week by week,” Nekesa wrote. “This new normal presents big challenges and big opportunities. But at the heart of it all will be community. In the short term, I am excited to give more time to an initiative close to my heart.”

Speaking on behalf of the board, Board Chair, Rebecca Enonchong said, “Nekesa has been a key member of the African tech ecosystem for many years. We’re incredibly blessed to be able to leverage her breadth and depth of experience as she leads the Afrilabs secretariat during this period.”

AfriLabs is a pan-African network of 202 technology innovation hubs across 46 African countries. The organisation was founded in 2011 to build a community around rapidly emerging tech hubs, with a mission to support the growth of these technology hubs and their communities to raise high potential entrepreneurs that will stimulate economic growth and social development in Africa.

Tullow Oil sells its West Nile project to Total Uganda for US$575 million

0

Tullow Oil PLC has finally concluded the sale of its entire stake in the Lake Albert Development Project in Uganda for US$575 million. Tullow has agreed to transfer its full interests in Blocks 1, 1A, 2, and 3A in Uganda. And the proposed East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) System (the Uganda Interests) to Total Uganda.

The Cash Consideration consists of US$500 million payable at completion. And US$75 million payable following FID of the Lake Albert Development Project.  Tullow may receive additional cash consideration in the form of contingent payments. Which will be payable on upstream revenues from the Lake Albert Development Project, depending on the average annual Brent price once production commences.

Tullow is currently the operator of Block 2.  Total Uganda is now the operator of Block 1 and Block 1A, while CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC) is the operator of Block 3A.

Tullow has been a pioneering explorer in Uganda over many years, and we are very proud of the role we have played in the founding and development of Uganda’s oil industry. We wish all Ugandans and our joint venture partners well as they take this important project forward.”

“This deal is vital for Tullow and forms the first step of our program of portfolio management. It represents an excellent start towards our previously announced target of raising over US$1 billion to strengthen the balance sheet. And secure a more conservative capital structure. Said Dorothy Thompson, Executive Chair.

Tullow and Total have had supportive discussions with the Government of Uganda and the URA. Including to agree on the principles of the tax treatment of the Transaction. And the position on Ugandan tax on capital gains. Tullow and Total Uganda now intend to sign a binding tax agreement with the Government of Uganda and the URA that reflects these principles. Which will enable the Transaction to complete.

CNOOC has rights of pre-emption to acquire 50% of the Uganda Interests on the same terms and conditions as Total Uganda.

The Transaction will strengthen Tullow’s balance sheet as part of its financial strategy to move to a more conservative capital structure. Tullow’s capital expenditure in respect of the Uganda Interests between the Effective Date and completion of the Transaction.

The Transaction will remove all future capital expenditure associated with the Lake Albert Development Project while retaining exposure via contingent consideration linked to production and the oil price through the conditional cash payments described above.

We have made good progress with the Government of Uganda and the URA in moving this Transaction forward. Including by agreeing on the principles of tax treatment. We will work closely with the Government, Total and CNOOC over the coming months to reach completion. Also, we have received strong support from our leading shareholders. And look forward to receiving formal approval of this deal.” added Thompson.

Completion of the Transaction will enable Tullow to realize value from the Lake Albert Development Project in Uganda. Following the expiry of its previous farm-down agreement with Total and CNOOC in August 2019.

Tips to follow when you’re looking for a new job

It’s never easy when you’re out there in the big bad world looking for a new job. There are a variety of obstacles that you have to overcome- the stiff competition from other employees, for example. There will be a lot of other applications for whatever job you’re applying for and you need to try and stand out from the crowd. You need to make sure your CV boasts a lot of things that make you a good candidate in your own right, and you need to make sure you’re as well prepared for interviews as possible. However, me telling you all of this doesn’t mean they are easy steps to follow. That’s why I’m here today, though. Here are some tips to follow when you’re looking for a new job.

One of the first things you could do is look for a website that helps you to prepare for the job application process. For a lot of people, it can be tough to go through this process without any external help. It might be your first time applying for a job, for instance, and you haven’t been through the process before. There’s absolutely no shame in looking for a helping hand, and the right website could give you just that. If you do find the right website, they may be able to help you in a variety of different ways. They’ll have some good interview advice on their sites if that’s the process you’re approaching. They might have a list of jobs that are vacant at the moment for you to explore, and could even give you options on how to work from home. Check out Lensa Insights for an example of one of these sites.

I’ve already mentioned it, but I’d strongly recommend making sure you touch up on your interview skills. The majority of jobs out there require their employees to go through some sort of interview process before they are awarded a job, so you’ll need to be able to get through that stage. Not everyone is a naturally strong and confident speaker, but you need to do as best you can. Make sure you project your voice as best you can to whoever is interviewing you, and make sure you sit up straight. Dress smartly too- making a good first impression is vital. If you can nail an interview, it’ll take you a lot closer to getting a job.

Making sure you have a nice, full CV is really important as well. It’s all well and good having a degree from a university or a college, but depending on the job you’re applying for that’s not all an employer will be looking for. They want to see that you are willing to go above and beyond for them- have you done any voluntary work in an area related to your profession? Do you help out in your community? What are your previous jobs, and how will they help you in this new post? These are important things to include if you want a new job.

0

Huawei’s future is great as its new app store AppGallery comes with hundreds of popular apps for business, communication, gaming, fitness and entertainment among others.

Huawei AppGallery which has been around since 2011 in China and 2018 internationally, was a store for third-party apps for Huawei users in mainland China where Google Mobile Services are not as popular as in the west. As Huawei refocuses on its AppGallery, most of its devices have it pre-installed or as an update for the older versions. Huawei is also offering 100% revenue share to its developers as well as promoting local apps compared to US-based global big-name developers.

Just a little background, Huawei’s AppGallery was internationally launched in March 2018 and by the end of the year, it had reached over 120 billion downloads in the year and the best part is that the AppGallery is pre-installed on all new Huawei devices and is made available to all Huawei phones whenever they receive an update. To date, AppGallery reaches more than 350 million devices sold by Huawei globally.

The AppGallery is important, not only because of its growing user-base globally, but it will attract more users for Huawei locally in China and also give global users an alternative to iOS and Google Play Store hence growing the Huawei brand globally. With independence from Google, Huawei will also build its mobile ecosystem with services such as mapping, cloud services and payment and several other platforms.

To see the possibility of this being the biggest app store outside of China, Huawei is investing $1 billion to help developers port key Android apps to its AppGallery and it has also partnered with Xiaomi, OPPO and Vivo among others to get the AppGallery on as many devices as possible. Big-name developers Microsoft, Amazon, Deezer, Spotify, Lufthansa, TikTok, Booking.com, Viber and Opera among others.

AppGallery is 100% compatible with Android and most of the apps don’t need additional development. Huawei AppGallery supports 78 languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, etc.

Supervised Friending develops kids’ autonomy to decide who they do or don’t want to connect with. while parents can observe, provide guidance, and step in as necessary.”

“Successful distance learning depends not only on educational content but social-emotional support as well,” said Kathleen Lucchesi, Khan Academy Teacher Ambassador and math department chair at McCaffrey Middle School in Galt, California. “As a teacher, I know my students are missing their friends and daily classroom interactions. I’m excited to use this new feature to help my kids have fun, stay connected, and build camaraderie virtually.”

Kenyan Universities Projects on COVID 19 Participate in The Global Grad Show, Dubai

Kenyan Universities Projects, Re-read Kenya and Rise up Africa Child are among Global Grad Show proposals to address the COVID-19 pandemic.

The two will join several others from across the globe in the virtual Global Grad Show, an initiative by the Art Dubai Group, held in partnership with Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), and supported by A.R.M. Holding and Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.

The show has received entries from 125 universities in 40 countries during the application phase of its initiative addressing the collateral issues of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Re-read Kenya, a system to protect low-income households from the virus was developed by Team Re-read from Kisii University. The innovation addresses the fact that the potential risk of the pandemic is higher within vulnerable parts of the population, Project Re-read Kenya, therefore, creates awareness and distributes sufficient sanitary materials to households with low-income.

The project will collect data and assist governments and private sector in their efforts against Covid-19, especially within poor communities. It will also work to create a group of volunteers to support specific taskforces.

The second innovation is Rise up Africa Child by Team BAB, Mount Kenya University. Project Rise up Africa Child investigates alternatives to minimize the exposure of homeless families. It aims to identify facilities that can increase their access to healthcare and hygiene.

South Africa’s Wheeler Hub – Food trucks on the move project by Denzill Bothma of Tshwane University of Technology puts food trucks at the community’s service, providing self-isolated people the opportunity to shop from right outside their homes, from repurposed food trucks. It also enables these vendors to stay in business, by becoming a mobile seller of food and other household necessities.

The second South African innovation is Micro-Mask, a smart mask for uninterrupted protection which aims to help reduce possible infection via mobile phones to their frequent exposure to surfaces and proximity to the face.

Also invented by Denzill Bothma, Micro-mask repurposes old materials, such as pillowcases and Bluetooth headphones, to create a smart mask. The headphones keep the mask in place and allow users to attend to calls without bringing their phone to their face.

“It is extremely encouraging to see, in critical times such as this, that one of Dubai’s own homegrown initiatives calls on to the world to come together and find solutions for current and future problems posed by the spread of COVID-19,” said Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.

The proposals engaged disciplines varying from medical engineering to game design and focused on problems with different degrees of urgency, and on solutions with varying implementation complexity and horizon: from critical medical PPE currently out of stock around the world to public policies to prepare communities for future disease outbreaks.

Students and professors from Institutions belonging to the global top-10 rank, such as MIT, Harvard University, University of Oxford, Imperial College London and National University of Singapore applied, alongside institutions in the UAE (including Middlesex University Dubai, AUS, INSEAD and NYU Abu Dhabi) and in emerging markets such as Peru, Uganda, Egypt, Turkey, Lithuania and Malaysia.

Graduates from the world’s top 4 design schools – Royal College of Art, University of the Arts London, Parsons School of Design and Rhode Island School of Design – also responded to the open call.

By Erik Mantz-Hansen, Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts – Germany.

– Fridays for Innovation – A digital gathering of problem-solvers. Within three weeks of pandemic in Europe, more than 80,000 designers, engineers, and scientists participated in online hackathons to build thousands of solutions for the pandemic. Unfortunately, most of these solutions go to waste, due to lack of support and coordination, a problem called “design waste”. Fridays for Innovation is a collective intelligence movement, where creatives gather to build, share and remix solutions for challenges, supported by an intelligent digital platform and highly interconnected clustering database. By Johannes Mutter and Yejeong Ko, Royal College of Art – UK.

– Earth Suit – A go-outside suit. How are members of society supposed to keep their sanity, finances, and health afloat, when they are understandably encouraged to stay inside and avoid other humans for everyone’s safety? Earth Suit looks at a scenario of extended pandemic, during which people will inevitably need to get out of their houses, while protecting their safety. It is a one-part suit that contains a built-in helmet and full body coverage while allowing for freedom of movement and social interaction. By Lauren Miyoko, Rochester Institute of Technology – USA.

– Qenqo, a hygiene hub for vulnerable communities. Poor communities are inherently vulnerable to disease outbreaks and certainly more exposed to COVID-19 due to the lack of information, limited hygiene supplies and living conditions in high-density households. Netflix reports average Q1 earnings despite upswing in subscriptions

Netflix yesterday reported its 2020 Q1 earnings after the bell. In this quarter, Netflix has reported a big jump in new paid subscribers from less than 10 million in Q4 2019 to 15.8  million in Q1 2020.

The jump is attributed to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic which has had a push to its growth. Since social distancing and lockdown implemented in most countries around the world, people have shifted to Netflix and other streaming service providers for entertainment.

“Like other home entertainment services, we’re seeing temporarily higher viewing and
increased membership growth. In our case, this is offset by a sharply stronger US dollar, depressing our international revenue, resulting in revenue-as-forecast. We expect to view to decline and membership growth to decelerate as home confinement ends, which we hope is soon.” said Netflix CEO Reed Hastings

Netflix reported $1.57 Earnings Per Share (EPS) $5.77 billion in revenue and 15.77 million global paid net subscriber additions. Prior to the crisis, Netflix in Q4 of 2019  posted $5.47 billion of revenue, $ 53 cents in EPS and 8.33 million subscribers.  The earnings are relatively average despite the subscriber uptick.

In a letter to its shareholders, Netflix said it expects 7.5 million global paid subscriber additions in Q2. The company, however, warned that the numbers are “mostly guesswork”. Since it can’t know when stay-at-home orders around the world will be lifted.

However, in Q3, the company expects lower net subscriber additions as more economies open. Also, its third quarter last year included new seasons of popular series. Including  “Stranger Things” and “Money Heist which managed a high viewership.” and the rest. which seems impossible to have new shoots following the ongoing pandemic.

The massive postponement of content production might lead to a drop in revenues.

“When it comes to production, almost all filming has now been stopped globally. With the exception of a few countries like Korea and Iceland. This has been devastating for millions of workers in the TV and film industry – electricians. Including hair and make-up artists, carpenters, and drivers who are often paid hourly wages and work project-to-project.”

The letter further noted that in March, Netflix created a $100 million fund to help with hardship in the industry, starting with the hardest-hit workers in their productions, where Netflix has the greatest responsibility.

“At Netflix, we’re acutely aware that we are fortunate to have a service that is even more meaningful to people confined at home. And which we can operate remotely with minimal disruption in the short to medium term.

Loon dispatches additional set of balloons to Kenya

0

Loon is dispatching a larger fleet of balloons is heading to Kenya after successful launches from Loon’s launch site in Puerto Rico, this week. The balloons will join the eight balloons that were recently approved by the government of Kenya. The loons are already active and part of a network integration exercise in the Kenyan airspace.

The balloons will undergo a network integration testing with its local partner, Telkom Kenya, in preparation to begin serving users. The Loon service will seek to use its 4G/LTE Internet solution to connect unserved and under-served communities in Kenya. Initial coverage areas have already been identified, starting with Nairobi, Machakos, Nyeri, Nakuru, Kitui, Nanyuki, Narok and into Kisii.

Telkom Kenya’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mugo KIBATI, states:  “These balloons will be used to expedite integration testing of this pioneer LTE service. We will glean off insights from those tests to fast track integration of all other balloons that have been dispatched from Loon Inc.’s launch sites and are to arrive in Kenya over the coming few weeks. Once the balloons are in place, this new technology will complement Telkom’s ongoing strategy to further widen its network coverage, confirming the telco as Kenya’s preferred data network.”

Loon’s CEO Alastair WESTGARTH states:  “We’re extremely excited to be sending additional balloons to Kenya for further testing with Telkom, and we look forward to beginning to provide service in the near future. We’re very grateful for the support of the government and all Kenyans as we work to bring balloon-powered Internet to Kenya as quickly as possible.”

The balloons will make their way to Kenya by navigating wind currents 20km above the Earth’s stratosphere. With constant human oversight. So far, the balloons have flown over 40 million kilometers.

Throughout their journey, the balloons will make hundreds of altitude adjustments. While searching for favorable winds to bring them to Kenya. The route taken by the balloons will vary depending on wind conditions. In some instances, the balloons will fly east across the Atlantic Ocean; in some cases, they will fly west across the Pacific Ocean.

Loon and Telkom will work closely with local air traffic control officials and ground partners to finalize this plan and prepare for the actual descent and landing. Extensive planning goes into securing landing zones, training in-country recovery partners. Coordinating with officials on landing and recovery procedures, and developing landing plans to bring a balloon safely to the ground.

Loon’s flight engineers are in communication with local air traffic control to ensure real-time coordination. Landing paths are parallel from commercial aircraft flight routes. And transit time through the altitudes where other aircraft might operate is very limited. Nonetheless, the balloon is also outfitted with an ADS-B transponder that makes it visible to aircraft in the vicinity. The entire process from deflation to landing takes about 60 minutes.

Guided to the ground by its parachute. The balloon lands at relatively low speed – around 20 km/hour, or about the speed at which a skydiver might land. Once on the ground, specially-trained recovery teams collect the balloon and materials for analysis and recycling.

Telkom and Loon will work with local partners to recover landed balloons. Their knowledge of the local landscape and communities will be invaluable to Loon’s landing and recovery operations in Kenya.

Tiktok: What Marketers and Brands Need to Know?

Thousands of users join the TikTok app every day and it’s a trend that will continue for a long time. In total, TikTok has over 800 million active users, which puts it on the seventh place in the ranking of social media platforms, globally. To make a comparison, that’s over 400 million more users than many popular and much older apps, such as Snapchat and Twitter.

media

(Source: Betway Sports)

TikTok is getting huge and some brands have recognized this as an opportunity and quickly placed marketing content. We’ve summarized in one place everything you need to know to get the most out of TikTok for your brand.

TikTok is the successor of the concept of short video clips, set off by an app called Vine who launched a new way of consuming content. The video length limit was 7 seconds, which required a lot of marketers’ creativity. In 2016, Vine ceased operations and a large space has been created for a new player in the market, which TikTok has wisely used.

To get deeper into this application, you need to understand what it is and who its users are. TikTok is a Chinese social network based on short videos. It evolved from the Musical.ly app, whose concept was to record and publish short music videos, playbacks, and dance videos. The average length of a TikTok video is 15 seconds and almost half of users are between the ages of 16 and 24. They spend about 52 minutes a day using the app. Much of it is comprised of comic clips (unlike Musical.ly) and original user content that often dictates what’s cool.

How to Appear on Tiktok as a Brand?

If your target is the younger population and teens, you need to find a way and devise a strategy for appearing on this application without the dilemma. You should be careful because it’s easy to fail with the approach to a target group that has a unique sense of humor and there’s not much that will occupy their attention for more than a few seconds. Your content should look and sound natural, unobtrusive, but intriguing and interesting. TikTok users consider it a personal space and a comfort zone that mustn’t be disturbed by unwanted content.

If you have no idea how to get started, research what other brands are doing. Check if any companies belonging to your niche have started marketing on TikTok and see what #challenge is trending. Try to add some original humor that will throw your product or brand into the background for a moment. That way, you won’t bother them with pure sales content, and their trust in your brand will grow.

Have Other Users Create Content for You

When properly designed and implemented, this marketing approach can be fantastic for your product. If you have a shop, try to highlight your username on TikTok in many places – chances are that customers will share the experience of staying with you with their followers. The #challenge we mentioned earlier is a very popular form. Define #mybrandchallenge, choose a song that’s in some way related to your brand, and let customers creatively dance holding your product in their hands. You can also buy TikTok views to get ahead of the rest.

Consider Collaborating With TikTok Influencers

Influencers on this application aren’t yet the dominant phenomenon, but there are those who are doing pretty well on this platform. If you have a problem with content creation, this strategy may be the solution. Thousands of times it has been tested on different applications, the same works on TikTok. This approach can be aimed at growing the number of your followers on TikTok or simply growing sales.

4. Advertising on TikTok

The advertising on TikTok has started but is in the testing phase. On the other hand, it’s territorially limited to the US and some European countries and is quite expensive. The minimum investment in advertising per campaign is $ 500 and $ 50 per ad group. The average CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) is $ 10, which means that for $ 500, your ad will be shown about 50,000 times. This is much less than other social networks, but if your target group is on TikTok, don’t hesitate.

Google rolls out BeyondCorp remote access for browser-based apps

Google has rolled out BeyondCorp, a cloud-based product to help employees acres internal company web apps from any device and location. Most companies have resorted to having employees work from home but accessing the critical apps becomes a hustle due to change of location and devices.

BeyondCorp is a subset product of Google’s other capabilities. It is specifically designed specifically for quickly enabling secure access to internal browser-based apps hosted on GCP or on-premise or other clouds. The app offers a simpler VPN replacement. It also helps to select only the right users to access the information.

BeyondCorp Remote Access allows an admin to set a specific policy for the team. For example contract HR recruiters working from home on their own laptops. While only granting them access to a web-based document management system if they are using the latest version of the OS as well as phishing-resistant authentication.

“Over the last few weeks, we’ve had numerous conversations with customers about how we can help them adapt to new ways of working. While keeping their data protected,” Google Cloud’s Sunil Potti and Sampath Srinivas wrote in a blog post.

Existing remote-access VPNs are difficult to deploy for large numbers of workers at once. Also the nature of perimeter-based security si problematic when granting remote access to an extended workforce that can include contractors and temporary workers.

“To help customers solve this problem and get their workers the access they need, today, we’re introducing BeyondCorp Remote Access. This cloud solution—based on the zero-trust approach we’ve used internally for almost a decade. It lets your employees and extended workforce access internal web apps from virtually any device, anywhere. Without a traditional remote-access VPN.”

Contrary to traditional perimeter-based security systems.  BeyondCorp relies on verification of context, like your identity and the device you’re using, to grant access to apps. It routes all traffic through a proxy to determine the identity of a user. And what internal data they’re allowed to access in the given context.

Over time, Google plans to offer these capabilities, control and additional protections for any application that needs user access. The new tool uses the BeyondCorp framework, a zero-trust approach to security. Google adopted it for its own mobile workforce back in 2011.

0

MyDawa is seeking Sh200m to bolster its operations following the surging demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the company’s CEO Tony Wood, he said the decision was reached after last month’s month’s upsurge. The company recorded 20,000 new users on the app. Clients are sourcing drugs, family planning products, personal care such as sanitary pads, soaps and sanitizer liquids via the app.

In the last few weeks, MyDawa and other e-commerce companies and delivery services have witnessed an upsurge in their service consumption. Consumers have turned online for shopping, medicinal supplies and everything that they need creating an upsurge in transactions.

MyDawa has also seen an upsurge of transactions funded by insurance companies. About 25 companies have enrolled staff on MyDawa app where drugs are delivered to ailing employees and bills paid by the employer.

The demand at the moment is unpredictable though consistently growing following the growing cases of COVID-19 in the country and also globally. Normal operations may be halted for a little longer to curb the spread of the virus.

Is using proxy the right thing to do?

0

Proxy has often been deemed illicit by a stereotype that has gone on for decades. However, before you do the same we want you to understand a few things.

What is a proxy?

A proxy is a third party site that will allow you to access other websites using its channel so that you remain anonymous on the World Wide Web. Each proxy has functions differently, have different security policies and policy. Hence before using a paid or free proxy, you should visit ProxyCoupons to know what the implications are.

People use the proxy server for a different purpose; it may be so that they can get rid of all the cache data so that they can browse smoothly, they can do things whilst hiding them because they don’t want a breach of information, speed up the internet or they want to use it to make their close-knit network secure. This is all that modern proxy is all about.

What does the proxy site do?

The IP address is like your computer’s mail address wherein the internet knows the things to deliver what you ask for. The proxy server in this situation is the middle man who takes your requests the information on your behalf and gets it delivered to you so that your address remains unknown. This way the web will also not know where you are and make your data unreadable to anyone on the internet.

Where is it legal to use a proxy?

The proxy also known as VPNs has different rules applied to them in different countries. Some countries allow it while some don’t. As long as you are not doing any suspicious activities and using it for the right reason you’re safe. Some of the reasons can be

  • Keep your network safe and secure
  • Using it to avoid advertisement banners

In these situations, some counties have allowed their residents to use the internet.

When can you be penalized for using a proxy?

If you use the Virtual Private Network for any of the reasons listed below then you might be in trouble using it

  • Sharing copyrighted files

Files that have been copyrighted by the developers/ authors/makers mean that only they have the right to give them access to others. So if you give a copy to anyone with help of VPN or upload for people to access then you have done something illegal.

  • Accessing someone’s space

Also known as hacking, if you gain access to devices or a network belonging to other people without their permission through VPN to cause them damage or steal anything then that is unlawful.

  • Using the deep dark web for accessing or doing things

Whilst the dark web is the dangerous thing to spiral in many people access it through VPN so that they can buy or sell things, download things or even get to access things which they aren’t allowed to then that is illegal.

  • Virtual Stalking

Also known as cyberstalking if you use a VPN for that then that is also a wrong use of VPN no matter that your act is already criminal enough.

How to get a safe/legal proxy?

You must have also heard the VPN are not safe? That is for the free ones which don’t monitor where you go and also they can easily breach your data as you give them your identity.

If you want to use a VPN for the right purpose then we suggest using a VPN that can be brought. Also before you sign up for a VPN read through their contract carefully so that you fully know the terms and conditions. It is necessary so that you know what information of yours they are saving when you use them and also the legal ones out there will tell you that if you use their VPN service for the wrong reason then they can report you (that’s when you know they play a fair game). Once you’re happy with everything then you can sign up.

Also if you are new and just signing up for a VPN then here are some discounts on VPN you can get.

Before you go on start buying and using one we suggest checking your countries law to see if you can access one.

Four Things to Remember for Effective Ransomware Removal

0

If you discover you’re a victim of ransomware, the first thing you’ll want to do is get it removed from your computer. Regardless of the type of computer you have, effective ransomware removal is important, but fortunately, removal is a lot easier than most people realize. In fact, as long as you keep a few tips in mind, you should be able to take care of the problem quickly.

Below are four things to keep in mind when your goal is to remove ransomware.

1. Know the Signs of Ransomware

Ransomware can look like regular activity or email. The sender can send a pop-up message saying that you have files that need to be “cleaned up,” and claiming that they can do this for you if you send them money. Or, they can pretend to be a company that claims to see a “virus” on your computer and are offering to get rid of it.

Worst of all, these emails and pop-ups look legitimate, so it’s easy to fall for them regardless of how tech-savvy you are. Just be careful with these types of messages.

2. Look Into Various Decryption Tools

Certain decryption tools are now available that allow you to get rid of ransomware without paying for the decryption of your files. Ransomware removal is much easier thanks to these tools, and you can start by going to websites such as NoMoreRansom.org and uploading the sender’s information. After you do this, the website will tell you exactly what to do next to get your files back.

Unfortunately, because ransomware providers are now so advanced, these websites may not work. There are others, however, that you can utilize, and a quick Internet search should help you get started immediately.

3. Make Sure You Restore Your Backups

This is the first thing you should do when being threatened by ransomware. Before you do this, you should copy the data onto a storage disk and make sure it isn’t being affected by encrypted files. Check for any viruses as well, and once you determine that your backup files are safe, go ahead and load them onto your computer.

If your files are backed up regularly, as they should be, there is no reason why this won’t work. Even if your files are old, however, it is still better than having files that you can’t open.

4. Try to Negotiate with Them

Some people try to negotiate with the ransomware sender and offer to pay a smaller amount to get their files back. Although this is not recommended, you can still do it if you like. Remember, these people want money more than anything else. They don’t care about your files. In some instances, they will take your money and restore your files even if the money you send them is less than what they requested.

Efficient ransomware removal involves trying new things, and in some instances, this technique will work. Of course, most experts suggest that you pay them nothing, then contact the authorities, but in the end, what you do is up to you.

Facebook launches live gaming app to rival Twitch

0

Facebook has today launched a live gaming mobile app today for its users following the surge in video games surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic. The company has invested 700 million of its 2.5 billion users already involved with gaming content.

The app will rival Amazon’s Twitch, YouTube and Microsoft mixer services. Originally, Facebook set to launch it in June but due to the unprecedented circumstances, the company has since moved up its plans to take advantage of the pandemic. Most of the people are indoors, this is the best times to have the app working.

Basing on Facebook’s huge user audience, there are high chances the app will pick positively and even attract more users to it. The mobile gaming industry has really grown. From phone makers realising phones that support gaming to ease of access.

Mobile games are likely to out space PC games. Newzoo, earlier predicted that PC games will account for about 23 per cent of the market share, Console games 31 per cent while mobile games will take the lead by 46 per cent in 2020.

Moreover, the  COVID-19 pandemic has triggered its growth three-fold beyond the prediction. Mobile games offer flexibility and portability to the user compared to PCs.

The Facebook-owned app is designed for watching and creating live gameplay. It includes casual games and gives unlimited access to gaming communities. The app will also not support any form of advertising.

“Investing in gaming, in general, has become a priority for us. We see gaming as a form of entertainment that really connects people,” says Fidji Simo, head of the gaming app as quoted by the NYT.

“It’s entertainment that’s not just a form of passive consumption. But entertainment that is interactive and brings people together,” Simo said.

Scott J Cooper Water Council Reviews: The Game Changers

0

The movie, The game changers is an excellent piece of art that talks about the vegan diet and its advantages.

The reason Scott J Cooper is talking about the movie because vegetables and farmland have a close link to the issue of water shortage. Cooper’s work revolves around addressing the water shortage problems in the US before they become severe issues.

One of the easiest ways he suggests by which water could be saved is by changing the irrigation system of the farmlands. The farmlands consume a substantial amount of water and only if it is used with caution things can be different.

Moving on the movie ‘The Game Changers’ a masterpiece in its own right directed by Louie Psihoyos.

It seems to be telling the meat-eaters that if they go on a vegan diet they won’t be any weaker as they have been lead to believe. The movie has taken into context some of the most healthy and strong people: the athletes.

The protagonist of the movie: James Wilks is a retired Martial Mixed Arts (MMA) fighter who is now training the military men on how to do hand-to-hand combats. However, due to an unfortunate injury to his knee, he was sidelined. However, wanting to get back in the game as soon he can he researches ways by which he could go a speedy recovery. Here began his transition from being a meat-eater to going on to a fully vegetarian diet.

Whilst he researches he tumbles upon the information that the men in the past who were ‘manly’ only age vegetables. Then starts a journey of bursting myths that meat is the only component that makes you strong. As the movie introduces and makes us walk through an array of athletes who prove that you can be strong even if you are just on a vegetarian diet

What the film taught us?

It makes quite a bold statement that vegetarians get all the food staples nutrients in their diet. It burst the myth that vegetarians will have deficiencies that meat-eaters won’t because of the food chain.

If a well-planned vegetarian diet is consumed then the vegan will also have the nine vital amino acids (building blocks of protein that should be in a diet of a human) in their diet.

It is not only by eating meat that you will be able to grow your body. Plants can provide sufficient proteins to grow and sometimes even better because of the source of the food chain.

What is the criticism of the film?

The film tries to make its point by research and studies but it seems like they are biased. In promoting a vegan diet they completely forget the benefits of animal food

The citations that have been given in the film are not as concrete as the director made them out to be. Things have also been taken out of context to the point that they made the meat-eater audience uncomfortable in their seat.

The film stresses upon going fully vegetarian, it is like it is all or nothing and there is no in-between. People are suggested to give up red meat, seafood, chicken, and even eggs.

Attaining a proper vegetarian that has all the nutrients would require you to go to a nutritionist which can often be expensive.

Hence going on a vegan diet is not so easy for a person who can’t afford these expenses. The movie conveniently forgets to mention the fact that the athletes who were shown as role-models have access to the top of line dietitians and chefs who make sure that their diet is complete.

The film miss facts like not everyone can consume a vegan diet for instance children should have meat in their growing years and older adults with illness can have a vegan diet but it has to be monitored.

Conclusion

The film is pro-vegan, hence only supports that and makes it seem like things are black and white. But the truth is that there is a lot of gray areas when it comes to this and it is an ongoing debate.

It wasn’t a bad watch but pro- meat-eaters were quietly distressed when they were done watching the movie.

Azuri Helping Off-grid Children Across Kenya to Continue Education During COVID-19 Period

0

Azuri Technologies, a pay-as-you-go solar home solutions for off-grid Africa, is helping to off-grid children in rural Kenya to continue education while schools remain closed.

Kenyan schools have been shut down as a measure to contain spread of the Coronavirus. With more than 15 million primary and secondary students at home, the Ministry of Education announced it would broadcast lessons up to eight hours daily through dedicated radio and television channels.

Azuri solar-powered satellite TV is helping rural children across the country to access the new education channels and ensures they are equally benefiting from the national initiative as fellow students in urban areas, connected by the grid.

Thanks to off-grid systems like AzuriTV, rural households can access Edu TV Channel 029 featuring daily lessons including English, Kiswahili, Maths and Science, along with hygiene and nutrition lessons being broadcast to help inform students and families on best practice to help defeat the spread of Coronavirus.

“Azuri is committed to supporting off-grid households through this challenging time and we want to do all we can to ensure that children in rural Kenya are not left behind in terms of learning progress due to the crisis facing the nation and the world,” said Azuri CEO Simon Bransfield-Garth.

Azuri-powered off-grid households can also access learning via Radio Taifa, with lessons broadcast throughout the day, Monday to Friday.

“The children miss their friends and being at school, but thanks goodness they can continue with their education from home. Thankfully we have Azuri solar TV and they can watch and learn the same as if they were at school,” said Hellen Awour, mother of 4 from Ngunya, Siaya, Kenya.

Rose Adeny, from Kolwenge, Siaya in Kenya, who has 3 school children at home added: “Because we have Azuri solar at home, we are able to listen and stay up to date with the news and government information being shared, but just as important, the children can continue their studies and not be left behind.”

Azuri has been operating in sub-Saharan Africa since 2012 with presence in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Nigeria.

Azuri has coupled off-grid solar with energy-efficient smart TVs, rechargeable radios, satellite entertainment, and a range of other appliances and services to bring modern digital technology to off-grid households.

3. Mobile Money

The demand for mobile money transfer has increased especially after using cash has been discouraged. 4. E-Learning Platforms

There’s increased demand for e-learning platforms as parents look for a way to ensure they educate their kids from home. Parents also benefit from easier access to material that is either free or affordable. Longhorn Publishers for example, has waived all fees for its Class 1 to Form 4 curriculum.

Eneza Education and ViuSasa followed suit. These platforms alongside e-learning providers like BRCK, Kytabu, Ubongo Kids, among others are presenting options to parents who must take control of their children’s education during COVID-19.

How businesses can unleash the power of human-machine collaboration

0

While much of the public discourse surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) focusses on dire predictions about robots stealing jobs, a growing number of future-minded businesses such as NJ online casinos are embracing an altogether more optimistic and empowering narrative.

“Visionary leaders realise our future is not about people versus machines at all, but about how human collaboration and decision-making can be enhanced through the use of machines and AI,” says Wessel Oosthuizen, AI Leader, Deloitte Analytics. He cites research by Gartner which predicted that AI, far from “stealing” jobs, would be a net creator of jobs by 2020 and that human-machine collaboration would be at the centre of this trend.

“At Deloitte we’ve coined a term for this – the ‘Age of With’”. Far from being a futurist’s fantasy, says Oosthuizen, the Age of With is already firmly entrenched in workplaces in the form of shared data, social engagement, digital assistants, cloud platforms, connected devices. “What they have in common is human collaboration made greater with the machines we invent.”

But, he adds, even leaders who understand the potential of ‘With’ in the context of human-machine cooperation often struggle to identify the specific technologies relevant to their organisations and come up with strategies to implement them.

“It’s clear from our research on Analytics and AI-driven enterprises that organisations want to lead with advanced analytics, and the adoption of technology like machine learning. However, this willingness is not always matched with the ability to turn insights into action. Data science has to permeate company culture starting from the top to see true benefits.”

This means building an insights-driven organisation (IDO), says Oosthuizen. As companies continue to incorporate data in their operations, they must make analytics a priority for all employees to exceed business goals. To create an IDO, leaders should integrate culture, technology and talent to gain a competitive advantage:

Culture: Companies should instil responsibility for analytics across the organisation, regardless of job title or level, and enlist an executive sponsor, ideally the CEO, to spur change in mindset across management. In addition, to motivate employees to incorporate insights into everyday tasks, consider tying individual performance goals to meaningful use of analytics. This can be also be reinforced by executives who encourage trying and risk-taking—even if failure occurs—and reward a “fail forward” mindset within the domain.

Technology: Expand tools to help incorporate both structured and unstructured data, deliver more insights faster and implement a single data and analytics solution that can be used across the organisation is imperative in the fast changing world of technology. Exponential technology is changing rapidly and staying at the forefront of the latest

advancements and changes can be daunting but the advancements has also enabled companies to take a modular approach and get access to technology that was previously only within reach of organisations with large technology/IT budgets.

Talent: Eliminate the idea that only highly skilled mathematicians or data scientists are the only ones responsible for business analytics. Spread accountability broadly and train all employees about the role of analytics in their respective jobs. In companies where all personnel have been educated about how to leverage data, 88 percent exceeded business goals, compared to just 61 percent of those with few trained employees.

“All signs indicate that large organisations need to focus on using data more effectively to continue to grow and be positioned for success. However, most are hindered by their culture. Business leaders who deploy the responsibility of analytics more broadly and invest in an insight-driven culture will be poised to outperform their counterparts as well as be better prepared for the Age of With,” says Oosthuizen.

To help clients with this process, Deloitte created its aiStudio, an incubator for the development of state-of-the-art solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Founded in 2018, the aiStudio unites top talent from around the globe, including South Africa, on a mission to solve today’s business challenges through clever application of AI technologies.

“It was carefully designed to capitalise on Deloitte’s strengths – and to combine them with the bold vision and scrappy tenacity of a start-up. Innovation thrives in this international, collaborative and agile environment,” says Oosthuizen.

Deloitte Africa has its own hub, The Deloitte Cognitive Advantage team, a team that is not only part but a founding member of this Global incubator. The team has seen exponential growth over the last 12 months and is dedicated to helping clients harness the power of “With”.

“In the Age of With, harnessing the power of AI in fields as diverse as financial services, retail, mining, healthcare, governments and others can create synergies and improved workforces which can add immense value to business. Artificial Intelligence is here, and it’s ready to get to work.”

How To Reduce Email Stress And Become More Productive

0

We are living in a technologically advanced world where smartphones and email have become one of the most important parts of our daily activities. However, according to researchers, all these activities can be stressful and they have coined a new term which is known as ‘technostress’.

Email is inextricably associated with the life of people working in the corporate sector and it is believed that if they use emails properly, it would be very easy for them to improve the quality of communication. At the same time, it will reduce stress from managing emails and increase productivity. Most people even use an unsubscriber app in order to unsubscribe from emails. However, keeping these facts in mind, we have added some tips on how you can reduce email stress and become more productive:

Make Sure That The Subject Line Is Right: If you go for actionable and clear subject lines, you will surely get a fruitful outcome. The subject line is something that shows what the email is all about and therefore, you should not include more than 10 words into it. Moreover, the subject line must be written in a way that the recipient could know everything about the mail by just going through the first few words of the subject line. If we talk about smartphones, it only shows the first 30 characters and so, you have to be very precise about the subject lines while sending emails.

Use Emails Only When It Is Required:

Email is mainly a mode of electronic communication and it is not required everywhere. For example, if you want to interact with someone who is working in the same office, it would be better for you if you go for video calling or instant messaging by using different platforms such as Skype and Slack. The best part is that you don’t have to wait for the reply.

Try Not To Send Emails Out Of Office Hours:

It does not matter whether you are an employer or employee, you must take rest to get rid of work stress and try to send messages only during the office hours. Moreover, some companies even turn off email access after office hours. It not only creates a strong bonding between staff and office management but also increases the productivity of the employees by giving them the rest that they deserve the most.

Clean Up Your Mailbox Timely:

No matter which email service provider you are using, it is always a good idea to clean up and organize your incoming emails to avoid emails overload. For example, if you are using a Gmail account, you have limited storage space in your free account. In case you don’t clean up Gmail timely, with time it can become overwhelmed with unnecessary messages making it challenging to find really important emails. On the other side, it is also using the storage making it possible to run out of free space soon.

Delay Delivery Option:

If you are a freelancer or working across different time zones, you must use the delay delivery option so that recipients can get the mail in their office hours. Ultimately, it will cut down the stress from getting emails and it will make a solid impression upon your clients. Moreover, if there is a holiday in a different time zone, you have to make sure that the clients do not get emails on that particular day.

So, what are you waiting for? Follow these steps to reduce email stress and enhance your productivity.
